Little ‘Lato has teamed up with iconic Kiwi biscuit brand Griffin’s to create a limited-time “biscuit gelato takeover,” transforming some of New Zealand’s most loved biscuits into indulgent gelato flavours. From Chit Chat and Squiggles to Mint Thins and Toffee Pops, the collaboration features nine creative flavours made with fresh NZ milk and loaded with real biscuit chunks, bringing nostalgic snacks to life in gelato form. The special lineup scooped for two weeks at Little ‘Lato Ponsonby, celebrating a playful fusion of classic Kiwi treats and artisan gelato craftsmanship.
