Little ‘Lato, the homegrown hero

In the article, our founder Hannah Wood shares the story behind Little ‘Lato — from studying authentic gelato-making in Italy to bringing those techniques home to Aotearoa and building a small-batch gelato company focused on bold flavour, quality ingredients and a little bit of joy in every scoop.
